Founding Celtic Healthcare in 1996, Arnold E. Burchianti, II, is the Chief Executive Officer of Graham Healthcare Group (a merger of Celtic Healthcare and Residential Healthcare in 2016). Combining his passion for both healthcare and technology, Arnie built a state-of-the-art information technology system, that has been instrumental in Celtic Healthcare’s success and outstanding reputation for patient care.

Arnie has successfully led the company through significant periods of growth and continues to expand the Celtic footprint through strategic acquisitions and expanded services. Under his team-centered, servant leadership model, Celtic Healthcare was named #1 Large Company in the 2007 “Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania” and was ranked #5 out of Pittsburgh’s 100 fastest-growing companies by the Pittsburgh Business Times.

In addition to his strategic leadership of Celtic, Arnie has earned recognition through a number of healthcare industry awards, as well as held a variety of prestigious positions in healthcare associations. He has been honored as a two-time finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and is a well-known national speaker on healthcare-related subjects.

Arnie is a licensed Physical Therapist and an alumnus of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, holding both a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Kurt M. Baumgartel

President of Allegheny Health Network Home Health and Hospice

As President of Allegheny Health Network Home Health and Hospice, Kurt M. Baumgartel brings over a decade of experience in a variety of clinical aspects of home health and hospice agency operations, reflecting his comprehensive understanding of the issues affecting the home health and hospice industry.

In addition to providing direct supervision to a large staff of clinical personnel and managers, he has served as both the Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer for Celtic Healthcare. In his role as President, Kurt works closely with all divisions of Allegheny Health Network to ensure that all efforts are focused on providing the absolute best care to AHN’s patients. Kurt is active in several healthcare associations and has published articles and presented on numerous topics related to home healthcare.

Kurt is an alumnus of Duquesne University, located in Pittsburgh, with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

David Curtis

David served as the President of Residential Home Health for over 13 years. He has overseen all aspects of the day-to-day operations as it has grown from $5 million in annual revenues to the largest home heath care provider in the state of Michigan with operations in Illinois. David’s time is focused on ensuring all aspects of home health business for Celtic Home Health, Residential Home Health, and Mary Free Bed; he is on-point to ensure that the businesses are constantly growing, improving, innovating, and raising the bar in the marketplace and for our patients.

Prior to Residential, David was Managing Partner of Leland Partners, a consulting firm based in Bloomfield Hills with clients including General Motors, Philips Electronics, Syntel, Inc., The Kauffman Foundation, and Mt. Clemens General Hospital. -Prior to Leland, David was a Senior Principal with Diamond Technology Partners, a global consulting firm based in Chicago that advised Fortune 500 companies on business strategy and operations.

David graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics where he was a member of the varsity crew team. David earned his MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan.  David is married, and he adores his three children, Christian (7), Sterling (3), and Ila Bliss (1).

Justin DeWitte

Cheif Operating Officer of Graham Healthcare Group Hospice, and President of Graham Healthcare Services

In 2016, as part of the merger between Celtic Healthcare and Residential Healthcare Group, Justin was named President of Graham Healthcare Services, overseeing the business operation functions including finance, information technology, human resources, and marketing.  Justin is also the President and co-owner of Residential Hospice, the fastest-growing hospice provider in Michigan.  Justin has operated the hospice operation since October 2010 and served as President of Residential Hospice since its acquisition in April 2011.  -Justin oversees the day-to-day clinical, financial, and, administrative operations of the business.

Previously, Justin was CEO at one of the five largest post-acute physician practices in the country until it was acquired by IPC, and he was the founder and president of a management consultant company serving CEOs and principals in healthcare and private equity.  In addition, Justin worked for Chrysler Corporation in the capacity of launching new vehicles and marketing. Justin holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and graduated from the University of Michigan’s MBA program with high honors. Justin is married and the proud father of four children.


Karen Mucha

In 2016, as part of the merger between Celtic Healthcare and Residential Healthcare Group, Karen was named General Counsel of Graham Healthcare Group. In this role, Karen oversees all legal matters at Graham Healthcare Group such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; reviewing and drafting contracts; managing in-house legal staff and outside law firms; and providing legal advice to Graham Healthcare Group management.

Previously, Karen has worked for University of Michigan Health System, Trinity Health, and the Detroit Medical Center. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (chair of its Health Law Section, Payor Subcommittee), American Health Lawyers Association (since 1986), and the Health Care Compliance Association (certified in health care compliance). Karen received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, her Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University, and her Masters in Health Services Administration from Harvard University. She is married and has two daughters.

Pam Eulberg, RN, BS, MM and CHC*

Pamela Eulberg, RN, is currently serving Graham Healthcare Group as a regulatory and compliance expert, completing appeals for home health claim denials and assisting with accreditation preparation. Prior to her current role, for 7 years Pam was the VP of Compliance and Quality for Residential Home Health Illinois, LLC.Pam completed her nursing education at Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital (part of Northwestern University), obtained a BS from University of St. Francis, and obtained a Master of Business Management degree from North Park University.

Throughout Pam’s nursing career, she has held various managerial positions in inpatient and outpatient areas. Pam has worked in home care since 1991, starting as a Supervisor and then promoted up to an agency Administrator. Prior to joining Residential, Pam worked as an Administrative Director for Edward Hospital with 13 cost centers, including home care, reporting to her. At Edward Hospital she was the co-Magnet Program Director for the hospital and was instrumental in achieving its first and second Magnet designation. In addition to overseeing the start-up of a home health agency for ServiceMaster Home Health, she has also provided oversight to the start-ups of a Urodynamics Clinic and Wound Care Clinic for Edward Hospital. As the Compliance Officer for Residential Home Health, she achieved certification in Health Care Compliance from the HealthCare Compliance Association and certification as a Nurse Manager and Leader from the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Pam has been an active member of the Illinois Organization of Nurse Leaders and the Illinois Home Care Council and has been both a poster presenter and a podium speaker for these organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and little dog in their motorhome, being a part of the liturgical writing team for her church, and designing and creating handmade quilts.
